Where each text goes
When a text arrives from a number that isn't in your contacts, KleanBox checks it on your iPhone and files it into one of four folders in Messages.

Your contacts
Always stay in your inbox. iOS never shows these texts to filter apps.

Your rules come first
If something keeps slipping through, write a rule for it. Look for a word, a sender name or a regex pattern in the message, the sender or both, and preview what it catches before you save.
When none of your rules match, Smart Filtering steps in with filter definitions kept up to date by the KleanBox community. You can turn any rule or folder off at any time.

Set up in three steps
-
Download KleanBox
Get it free from the App Store.
-
Turn on SMS filtering
The app walks you through switching it on in iOS Settings.
-
Check your folders
Sorted texts show up in their own lists in Messages. Your inbox keeps the rest.
Your messages stay on your iPhone
Filtering runs on your device through Apple's SMS filtering framework. By default, nothing about your messages leaves your iPhone, and there's no account to create.
- No account, no sign-in
- No ads
- By default, only anonymous crash reports and usage stats are collected
- Sharing reported texts and checking unknown texts online are optional, and stay off until you turn them on
